Challenges & Opportunities.
Problem: The fresh produce supply chain in Kenya faces various challenges, including inefficient market access for farmers, post-harvest losses, and inconsistent quality for buyers. Additionally, fluctuating economic factors make it hard to stabilize pricing and availability.
Solution: The goal was to design a digital platform and operational framework that: Digitizes Procurement: Simplifies the ordering process for clients, allowing them to easily browse, select, and order produce via a mobile or web platform.

Result.
User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive UX/UI design that allows clients to navigate and order quickly.
Impact: Reduced procurement inefficiencies but also fosters a transparent, and fair agricultural ecosystem, benefiting both farmers and businesses in the fresh produce supply chain.
Real-Time Analytics: Dashboards for tracking orders, order history, and client performance.

All change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end.
